Housing is envisioned as part of the educational experience: places to live, study, meet and participate in community life. Future design would consider affordability, accessibility, wellbeing and the different needs of students, faculty and staff.

Lakes & Forest Conservation

A proposed conservation landscape would connect biodiversity, water stewardship, ecological restoration and field learning. Its design must begin with environmental evidence and site conditions. The visual here represents an ecological ambition, not an existing lake, forest boundary or environmental approval.

Meditation & Wellness

The retreat is envisioned as a setting for contemplative practice, preventive wellbeing and hospitality. Research and educational connections could explore the relationship between environment, daily habits and health. Specific services and operators have not been confirmed.

A reserve allows the concept to accommodate future institutions, infrastructure and needs that cannot yet be fully defined. It is deliberately flexible. Subsequent planning may change allocations across the city as evidence, approvals and partnerships develop.
