Information you choose to share
Registration asks for your name, email address and interest category. Phone number, organisation, role, location, website, preferred district and enquiry details are optional. We also record your contact choices, confirmation that you are an adult, submission time, reference number and this notice version. Please do not include identity documents, payment information or sensitive personal information.
Purpose and choice
The project team uses your information only to provide the project updates you request or to discuss collaboration related to your enquiry, according to the choices you select. Neither option is preselected. Registration is not an admissions application, property booking or investment commitment. We do not sell enquiry details.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in a private, encrypted Amazon Web Services database in Mumbai, India. Access is restricted to authorised operators of the project account. AWS provides website storage and registration processing. Cloudflare provides HTTPS delivery and network security, and securely relays registration submissions to AWS. Contact email is forwarded using AWS infrastructure in the United States to the project’s monitored business mailbox. Delivery and email providers may process technical information internationally.
Retention and protection
Each registration record is scheduled for deletion after 12 months. Expired database records may take a few days to be removed; protected recovery copies are retained for up to seven additional days. Security counters use a daily-changing pseudonymous identifier derived from the network address and expire after two days. Function logs expire after seven days and do not include form contents. Incoming email copies in the AWS forwarding store expire after seven days; the project mailbox may retain correspondence for follow-up, and you may request its deletion. No advertising trackers or marketing analytics are enabled.
Corrections, withdrawal and deletion
Write to info@malpaniuniversity.com to correct your details, change contact preferences, withdraw consent or request deletion. Include your registration reference if available. The address forwards to yash@malpani.com, which you may also contact directly. Withdrawing consent stops future contact for the withdrawn purpose; reasonable identity checks may be needed to protect your record.
Adult enquiries
This form is for people aged 18 or older. A parent or guardian may register their own interest. Please do not submit a child’s personal information. If you believe a child’s details were submitted, contact the project team for deletion.
