The scale and the place
The 2,700-acre programme is an envisioned scale. Land parcels have been identified and scouted; this does not mean land is acquired, owned or secured. The website describes regional context without identifying a precise site.
The university
NeoBharat is not currently an operational university. Academic programmes, schools, facilities and institutional structure shown here are proposed and subject to feasibility and applicable approvals. This website does not offer admission.
The masterplan and timeline
The map, 3D diagram and imagery are illustrative concepts, not to scale. They are not surveyed plans or final architecture. Years 1–10 are relative scenario markers without an approved start date; they are not delivery commitments. District allocations and facility locations may change.

References to sectors and partner types invite exploratory dialogue. They do not indicate confirmed associations, available land, agreed commercial terms, investments, property sales or financial returns.
The size ambition
“Envisioned as India’s largest integrated education-led knowledge city” expresses the intended positioning of the concept. It is not an independently substantiated present-day ranking. Public release of this wording requires review of its basis and qualification.
