The proposed university is the intellectual centre of NeoBharat. Around it, hospitals, energy systems, conservation landscapes, enterprises and cultural spaces could become places to ask questions, practise skills and apply discovery. The city would offer a shared context for disciplines that too often work separately.

A regional vision, with room for evidence
NeoBharat is proposed for the Pune region, with the wider Mumbai–Pune–Nashik region forming its context. The location is described at regional scale while land finalisation and feasibility remain outstanding. No precise site boundary, site ownership or assured travel time is represented in this preview.
Progress measured in contribution
The intended contribution is broader access to hybrid education, stronger connections between study and practice, industry-linked research, sustainable systems and regional enterprise. These are qualitative ambitions. Quantified impact should follow evidence and independent assessment.
Early enough to help shape it
The concept leaves important questions open: academic structure, land planning, institutional partnerships and the sequence of development. Thoughtful participation at this stage can help turn a broad vision into institutions with lasting purpose.
