Dimensions are modelling assumptions. Rooftop plant, canopies and upper pavilions may extend beyond the principal volume.
A WORKING DESIGN DIRECTION
From district symbols
to a connected place.
Fifteen buildings form two research courts around a shared Learning Commons. Laboratories, studios and collaborative workspaces meet shaded walks, a café, gardens and a perimeter access street. The model uses metre-scale dimensions, articulated façades, supported canopies, roof equipment and daylight materials.
This 20-hectare study represents about 49.4 acres within the wider 2,700-acre concept. The site boundary, orientation, building programme and mature landscape are hypothetical. It is an architectural visualisation study, not a surveyed masterplan, capacity assessment or construction design.
