# NeoBharat 2035 — Study 07

Sports, a garden hospital and medical tourism, and clean advanced manufacturing.

This is an incremental development of the same Study 06 city. The hypothetical boundary remains exactly **2,700 acres**, 3,800 m wide and 2,875.398 m deep. The mountains beyond that boundary remain context. All new architecture is original study geometry.

## What is now modelled

### Sports and everyday activity

The original 400 m athletics track, football pitch, covered stands, 50 × 25 m pool, four tennis courts, indoor arena and aquatics building remain. New work adds:

- A cricket oval with 74 × 80 m boundary radii, a 20.12 × 3.05 m wicket, sight screens, four practice nets, an athlete clubhouse and lighting.
- A 91.4 × 55 m hockey pitch within a 110 × 76 m clear envelope, with goals and perimeter fencing.
- Two full 28 × 15 m basketball courts with baskets, keys, arcs and lighting.
- Two 16 × 8 m beach-volleyball courts, each within a 30 × 22 m sand-court envelope.
- Four 20 × 10 m padel courts with glazed ends, posts and nets.
- An eight-court badminton hall with marked 13.4 × 6.1 m courts, tall glazing and a solar roof, plus an exterior climbing frontage.
- Shaded walking connections, seating and planted rest areas.

These additions fit within the existing **110-acre gross sport and wellbeing allocation**. Playing dimensions are stated design inputs. Detailed runoff, accessibility, lighting calculations, spectator capacity and competition certification require a later sports-facility design phase. The badminton hall contains visible court geometry; it is not a newly navigable interior tour.

### Hospital and medical tourism

A measured **50-acre rectangle** at the western edge is 280 × 722.653 m. Its terrain is graded into a hypothetical development bench with a 60 m transition into the surrounding ground. It contains:

- A landmark garden hospital with two rounded ward bars, ten principal levels, deep facade fins, planted terraces, a diagnostic spine and a glazed public atrium.
- An open garden courtyard with a low water rill, seating and connecting bridges.
- A covered public arrival linked directly to the entrance.
- Separate emergency and service approaches, an emergency canopy and two illustrative ambulances.
- A medical education and simulation centre.
- A rehabilitation and movement institute with walking gardens.
- A patient-family garden residence and a patient welcome/travel lounge.

Medical tourism is an architectural programme here. No operator, clinical specialties, accreditation, bed count, care availability or treatment outcomes are claimed. Clinical adjacencies, emergency turning, fire access, infection control, service logistics, accessibility and medical equipment remain to be developed with specialists. Earthwork quantities and geotechnical feasibility have not been established.

### Clean advanced manufacturing and R&D

A measured **100-acre rectangle** at the eastern service edge is 400 × 1,011.714 m. It consolidates the earlier workshop strip and two former residential courts into a recognisable production district:

- Robotics and automation hall.
- Medical-device production hall.
- Precision electronics.
- Aerospace composites.
- Metrology and materials.
- Pilot manufacturing.
- Shared fabrication laboratory.
- Retained adjacent research buildings, now identified as manufacturing R&D and industry collaboration.

Two residential courts (six building volumes) are replaced with two large manufacturing halls; five generic workshop blocks are replaced with purpose-built sheds. The new halls have northlight roof geometry, photovoltaic panels, closed roof ends, glazed staff frontages, panel ribs, loading docks, door shutters, bumpers and paved service aprons. A southern freight gate, gatehouse and original delivery vehicles make access visible. The gatehouse sits outside the measured production rectangle as part of the wider service network.

Clean advanced manufacturing follows the user's selected direction. Tenants, machinery, production processes, utility demand, environmental assessment, airfield compatibility and operational clearances are not established. The model does not imply a zero-emission or self-sufficient operation.

## Land budget

The 50-acre healthcare allocation draws **30 acres from living** (360 → 330) and **20 acres from future flexibility** (20 → 0). The earlier 100-acre innovation allocation becomes advanced manufacturing and applied R&D. Sports stays at 110 acres. Hotels, the 10-acre park, the 60-acre farm and the site boundary retain their areas.

These are gross planning allocations. Only the specifically measured hotel, park, farm, medical and industrial rectangles are geometrically established. A comprehensive surveyed, non-overlapping district land-use polygon map has not been created.

## Browser integration

- Eight new guided stops: cricket, outdoor courts, racquet centre, hospital campus, hospital arrival, rehabilitation gardens, industry overview and robotics hall.
- The tour now has **29 stops**, with the new destinations also available individually.
- The masterplan shows hospital and manufacturing envelopes, outdoor sports, updated building footprints and revised labels.
- The new actual Blender renders sit alongside the existing moodboard; concept imagery remains labelled separately.
- Mobile continues to open with the 2D masterplan. The two existing interior studies remain separately loaded.
- Existing acreage, hotel scale, aircraft calibration, optional detailed cars and plants, year slider and golden-hour controls are retained.

## Model and performance

- 152 principal building volumes, with recorded footprints and heights.
- 5,782 retained botanical canopy positions; 148 placements cleared from the new development areas and 99 new modelled garden trees added.
- Main web model: 14,505,800 bytes, 177 material/phase draw groups, 2,100,884 triangles.

The main model retains the existing 16 MB and 180-draw-group limits. Optional close vegetation, cars and the two interiors remain separately streamed. The downloadable Blender scene retains editable geometry and packed materials.

The model is an architectural design study. New buildings have exterior detail, and the badminton hall has visible court geometry; the city is not a collision-aware first-person simulation. Existing library and commons interiors remain the two interior tour experiences.

## Files and authoring

Open `NeoBharat_2035.blend` in Blender to inspect the complete city and the two preserved interior scenes. New exterior viewpoints are named to match the web tour.

The `authoring/study-07` scripts develop the Study 06 baseline, then apply the finish and surface-grounding passes and export/render the result. They are written for the project workspace paths; adjust `ROOT` in their shared helper before rebuilding elsewhere. The delivered blend and GLBs do not require those scripts to open.

## Verification completed

38 automated checks passed, TypeScript passed, and the production build completed. The GLB validates without errors and remains below both existing delivery limits. A fresh Blender opening confirmed 152 principal building records, finite geometry, no missing texture files and both preserved interior scenes. Desktop 3D hospital, industry and cricket views rendered without browser errors. At 390 px, mobile opened with zero canvases, the new masterplan labels and no horizontal overflow.
